Roots and Rhythms Regenerative Farm Tour
This fall, we’re inviting you out of the inbox and into the field. Our Roots and Rhythms Regenerative Farm Tour will take participants on a regenerative journey through four dynamic Denver-area farms, all working at the intersection of food, land, and community care:
🌱 Sprout City Farms
Rooted in community food access and education, Sprout City is building food sovereignty across metro Denver by transforming underutilized spaces into thriving urban farms.
🐓 The Urban Farm
At the heart of this stop is education. The Urban Farm helps young people cultivate confidence, responsibility, and agricultural knowledge.
🌾 Five Fridges Farm
A working farm and educational site, Five Fridges combines regenerative agriculture with rigorous scientific research.
🥕 Fleischer Family Farm
This community-rooted farm in Lakewood is all about relationships; relationships to soil, to neighbors, to seasonal cycles.
At each stop, you’ll hear directly from the farmers, witness regenerative approaches in action, and deepen your understanding of the regional food system—its challenges, its joys, and the people working every day to feed our communities while healing the land.
