This event will highlight the many cumulative and compounding environmental and social justice issues facing North Denver and Commerce City communities including: air pollution, Suncor, polluter accountability, data centers, housing and food access, inequities in government spending, immigration and more. Over and above that, you will learn about the great efforts of local organizations to bring immediate solutions while collectively advocating for needed systemic change. This will be an immersive educational experience that informs, connects and inspires hope through the arts, indigenous wisdom and elevating the often left out voices of youth, elders, mothers and impacted community members.
