SUMMARY:Community Webinar Viewing: Turning Waste into Resource
DESCRIPTION:In-Person at The Alliance Center (1536 Wynkoop Street\, Denver\, CO 80202)\nWebinar: Turning Waste into Resource\nRSVP here! \nIn 2023\, Colorado’s legislature set up a new Colorado Produced Water Consortium through House Bill 1242. Those rules are now expected to be adopted in early 2025. \nJoin us on February 11 at noon for a webinar on produced water where we’ll start with some basics about water in the oil and gas industry. We’ll learn about those new rules\, hear about the Colorado Produced Water Consortium\, and explore opportunities and challenges from the industry and environmental perspectives. \nWith speakers:\nHope Dalton\, Director\, Colorado Produced Water Consortium\nJohn Messner\, Commissioner\, Energy and Carbon Management Commission\nGrant Tupper\, Director of Operations and Business Development\, Select Water Solutions\nJosh Kuhn\, Senior Water Campaign Manager\, Conservation Colorado \nGetting to The Alliance Center\nThe Alliance Center is conveniently located a few minutes’ walk from Union Station.
