Roots and Rhythms Regenerative Farm Tour

September 6 @ 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
Farm Tour

This September, we invite you to slow down and sink into the rhythm of the land. Roots and Rhythms is more than a farm tour—it’s a regenerative journey through the Denver metro’s food system, guided by the wisdom of the soil, the seasons, and those who came before us.

On Saturday, September 6, join us for a curated, day-long experience visiting a diverse collection of urban and suburban farms, each modeling regenerative practices in their own way. Together, we’ll explore how food, farming, and community are deeply intertwined and how tending to the earth can also be a form of remembrance, resistance, and renewal.

At each stop, you’ll hear directly from the farmers, witness regenerative approaches in action, and deepen your understanding of the regional food system—its challenges, its joys, and the people working every day to feed our communities while healing the land.

This tour was cultivated in response to the community insights gathered during Where Do We Go From Here?, a gathering where participants voiced a strong desire to reconnect with the natural world, honor ancestral knowledge, and live at a pace that aligns with seasonal rhythms. Roots and Rhythms is our response. It’s an invitation to get your hands in the soil, your heart in the work, and your spirit in sync with the land.

Join us on September 6 to plant seeds of connection, learning, and collective care.
